What is your turnaround time for your services?
Photos and measurements have a next business day turnaround timeframe
Videography turnaround times are 2-4 business days but may vary due to the size of the home and post-production time.
Do you offer services outside of the Edmonton and surrounding areas?
We offer coverage of Edmonton and surrounding areas that include Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan and Devon. For other locations please inquire with us.
Anything outside of these areas will incur a gas mileage fee of $1/km (return trip) from the nearest town centre.
How long do your services take when at the property?
It does depend on the size of the home. We like to give between 1 - 2 hours of work time for each appointment. For a better idea please indicate the square footage of home when booking.
Is your aerial operator licensed/insured?
Yes, they have the most up to date aerial licenses according to Canadian UAV Standards. Our Insurance coverages up to $2 million dollars in liability damages related.
Do you keep an archive of all your photos and videos?
We only keep an archive of projects for up to a year on our back end servers. Once a project has been sent to you, please ensure to download all of the content using the provided host site.
Please note although we do not keep work that is more than a year old, our hosting site will have the tour/video as long as the tour is 'Active'. If a tour has been deactivated, please contact us to reactivated.
How do you prepare for a photoshoot and measurement appointment?

Covid - 19 Policy
We want to ensure that the homeowner, realtor and our staff are protected at all times when conducting a photoshoot and measurement at a property. Please adhere to the following practices and policies below. If they are not adhered to, our staff will be leaving the site and the appointment will be rescheduled for another time.
1. The property must be vacant and no more than 2 adults must be present.
2. All of our staff must wear masks. We ask that anyone at the property wear a mask.
3. Social distancing will be practiced by our staff.
4. If anyone is sick or has a fever, please let us know and we will reschedule the appointment. Our staff must notify the realtor if they are sick or have a fever.
