Last Minute Cancellation Fee:
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of it’s scheduled time and date will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee unless we are able to fill the cancelled appointment slot.
Weather related cancellation/reshoot:
We will consult with the client and make a decision together on shooting the exterior. Interior photos will still go as planned. If a client would like the photographer to come back and reshoot the exterior or any interior photos a fee to reshoot will apply.
Gas Mileage:
Appointments booked outside of Edmonton and it's surrounding areas will incur a $0.75/km gas mileage fee from the nearest town centre, return trip. (Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Devon, St. Albert, Sherwood Park are included)
Reactivation of Tours:
Any tours older than 1 year old on TourBuzz that need to be reactivated will cost $25/tour for 1 year.
Additional Photo and Video Edits:
Extra photo editing, depending on the complexity will start at $50.
Video edits on an already existing video will start at $50. The final cost will be determined by the complexity of the edit.
Payment is required prior to the release of any service.
